At first glance, some might say the mod has no practical merit, but to that I say: are you kidding me? It's one of the best ideas for a mod ever, the kind of thing that makes the game feel alive, joyous and with infinite replayability. Now, I'm off to toss my baby ostriches.
This is a pretty cool mod and all, but I'm going to have barge in for a request of sorts; I'm also using Unique Children Talk and due to both mods using the same right-click trigger, I can't actually talk to my children without yeeting them instead lol
I basically just wonder if there's a way to change the "throw child" trigger. It's all, hehe.
I have (finally) implemented this in the 1.2.0 update. Set UseKeyForChildren to true in the mod config to make children require the same modifier key that farm animals use.
I never had a child in stardew, so I was perplexed and horrified. After reading the description I notice how wrong I was, I'm so glad it wasn't what I thought it was 😭 btw, amazing mod!
