Hi, I want to say that I think this mod is very beautiful, but when I added it to my game I realized that it needs updated versions of smapi and content patcher. There are people who play on previous versions, just like me, and that it would harm other mods, so if you can make the previous files available I would be very grateful!
Hi! In which version are you playing? This mod only requires the basic 1.6 SMAPI release, not a newly updated one. If you aren't playing in 1.6, then you should download the original Coop and Barn Facelift instead.
Edit: I made the 1.1.0 version available in case the 1.2.0 format being set to CP 2.6.0 somehow makes it not work for people still in SDV 1.6.9 or so!
The premium barn and coop added by SVE don't seem to be affected by this. Is there any chance you could fix this? This is one of my "can't live without" mods (the normal coops and barns are just so ugly lol). Thank you for the mod either way, beautiful work!
Hi! This mod only affects vanilla maps, so it won't touch new ones (which SVE's are), only recolor them. That said, I did add SVE compat for my other coops and barns mod, so might as well add it here too. It'll take a while, but it's now on the to-do list! Glad you enjoy the mod <3
Oh wow, I didn't expect you to get it done so quickly, thank you! I'm playing a new save so I haven't gotten the SVE barn and coop yet to fully try out but I did load up an old save to see what they look like and omg, they are so much better than the vanilla. You did an amazing job. This is honestly one of my favourite mods, all the barns and coops are so gorgeous now. Thank you so much!
I do want to ask if this mod is compatible with Animals need Water? The very original mod had support for it, but the Coop and Barn Facelift for 1.6 mod seemed to have broke support.
Edit: After testing it, it does kinda work, though only if you leave the vanilla settings. Also the water bucket for the coop is in the wrong place. Need to get a Barn to see if it is working there or not.
Hi! Sorry for the late reply. Animals Need Water added support for the original Coop and Barn Facelift using its ID to detect it - this mod (and the Coop and Barn Facelift for 1.6 Pace did) doesn't share said ID, which is why support breaks. I believe the easiest fix would be to contact gzhynko so they can change the Coop and Barn Facelift ID they're adding the support for, since the original is broken and this one has the same layout (so there's no need to re-do anything), but I don't know about bothering them for such a tiny thing (as people can still buy water bowls from Marnie to fulfill the same purpose) ^^;
Hi! I've been loving your mod but I've been wanting to add SVE (Stardew Valley Expanded) to my mods. I read that SVE has a third upgrade to a "Premium Barn" and a "Premium Coop" that hold 16 animals each and I think enlarges the barn/coop. Is this mod compatible with SVE? Thanks! :)
Hi! Yes, this mod is compatible with SVE! It doesn't change SVE's maps (since this mod only targets vanilla maps) but the colors you choose here will apply to them. There won't be any bugs, either gameplay or visual, so you can use them together without issues ^^

From reading that mod's description I'm pretty sure it is compatible, since it's not editing one of the existing coop or barns and instead adding its own maps, so it shouldn't cause any conflicts with this one!
EDIT: Yep, I just tested both mods together - they work fine! The mega buildings also keep all the recolor options chosen in this mod, so you can use both of them ^^ I'll edit the compatibility section for anyone else that might want to use both mods together
