    Is the ATM supposed to be usable at the start of the game or do I have to reach a certain point before I can use it? I just started a new game and though the ATM is there, clicking on it doesn't do anything.

      Which platform are you using? My testing conditions are limited. On PC, you can right-click the ATM to use it.
