I reported a bug to for the mod called 'legendary fish', where the legendary fish caught with the mod weren't showing as complete in the fish collection and shipping collection tab. The mod developer has closed it stating 'not a bug' so now I don't know what is causing it? Any ideas?

You should be able to see my response on the bug that you reported.
The legendary fish for Mr Qi's challenge are not tracked by the game - that's by design of the base game. So it's not a bug of the mod.
