I don't have rabbit yet so I don't know if there will be bug but at least for now SMAPI doesn't thrown me anymore error at launch. The main problem was that content patcher changed its syntax to when you ask it when to patch it.
Rabbit as RO Lunatic Pet because you have multiple copies of this mod installed. To fix this, delete these folders and reinstall the mod: Mods\[CP] RagnarokLunatic, Mods\[CP] Rainbow Carrot.
Just FYI, I think the Vortex(Mod Manager) version has one too many folders. I noticed this error in SMAPI saying it was skipping this mod...

So I went and looked, and it did have a manifest.json, but it was buried inside two folders, like... \Mods\[CP] RagnarokLunatic\[CP] RagnarokLunatic ...instead of everything in the first one. And it did that in both locations, the Vortex archive location, and the actual Stardew Valley/Mods/ folder.
Oh my god? :0 Your rabbit is so cute! Best rabbit sprite I've seen so far! Also, is your dinosaur sprite an available mod or one of your personal stuff? It's really cute as well, and I like stegosaurs. :3
I grew up with Ragnarok Online and Stardew Valley is my favourite old-school styled but recent game so this is just super nice. I'm currently using another rabbit replacement mod, but once I have my fun with it, I'll surely try this one. <3

This can be fixed by editing and adding a few lines in the content.json inside
