You can't obtain them like any other base-game clothes. You need Fashion Sense to get access to these hats. Once you open Fashion Sense's interface, look under "Hats" and you'll find the hats provided by this mod.

This mod actually came from a sudden spurt of motivation when I saw a Discord message saying: "imagine a doug dimmadome hat...". Well they don't have to imagine it no more! Also, you can choose the color for the hat and strap separately with Fashion Sense, so you could accurately recreate the hat of Doug Dimmadome, owner of the Dimmsdale Dimmadome.

(but seriously, if there was a white skin and yellow strap for the hat, that'd be *chef's kiss* )
