after the new virson this mod doesn't work firstly I check the code and its utf-8 secondly I redownload this game now it still doesn't work HELP————!!!!!!!!!!
1. Manually download this mod. 2. Extract the downloaded zip folder. 3. Find 'content.json'. 4. Go to https://jsoneditoronline.org/ 5. Upload the 'content.json' file to the website. 6. Change where it says, 300, 600, 1200 to 150. (I did all 3 just to make sure it worked.) 7. Save the file. 8. Replace the old 'content.json' with your edited version. 9. Zip the mod folder. 10. Install the mod as you would normally.
I'm not sure if it's an effect of this mod, but any time I have the coffee buff active and enter a cutscene (like someone's heart event, or a visitor stopping by my place in the morning), the buff ends right after the scene. I still see the icon and duration showing it's active, but my speed definitely resets to normal. It's fixed easily enough by drinking another coffee, but I'm wondering if this is something that could be addressed. As I said, I dunno if it's this mod, necessarily -- it might even be a vanilla issue that I've never encountered -- but I don't think any of my other mods mess with coffee, so I thought I'd start here.
Is there any way to disable the value increase while keeping the duration increase? Using this as a helpful and much needed mobility increase on larger farms but not wanting it to be a super easy way to make stupid amounts of money.
had just started a new game and used this mod I'm not sure about the effect time since I can't spare the $$ yet but the price seems to end up being for the next setting up ie config "duration": "480" is making price "1200" and when i changed it to "duration": "240" the price became "600"

content.json
1. C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\StardewValley\Saves\xxxxxx_232841011
2. Backup xxxxxx_232841011 and SaveGameInfo -- THIS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE OTHERWISE IF YOU MESS UP YOUR GAME WILL BE LOST.
3. Open both of these files, and ctrl-f to "coffee" you should be at:
Coffee</Name><Stack>93</Stack><tileLocation><X>0</X><Y>0</Y></tileLocation><owner>0</owner><type>Crafting</type><canBeSetDown>true</canBeSetDown><canBeGrabbed>true</canBeGrabbed><isHoedirt>false</isHoedirt><isSpawnedObject>false</isSpawnedObject><questItem>false</questItem><questId>0</questId><isOn>true</isOn><fragility>0</fragility><price>600</price><edibility>
4. Change "<price>600" to "<price>150"
5. Do this for every instance of "<price>600" you find that's near "coffee" .
5. Save changes and make sure this is done to both files.
This should return coffee sell value to normal :D
