      I never used those mods so I have no idea. Maybe it gives you the random items, or the reserve items which are the melon seeds, pumpkin seeds and iron ore. Or maybe an error item. Have a nice day!

      did some testing and you probably didnt know these features existed all these these items are random 

       but if you tap the pumpkin you get vegetable juice 
      but if you tap the fridge you get a food juice
      if you tap the melon you get fruit juice everyday
