This update (1.1.9) makes every plant added by our mod single harvest. I'd recommend getting one more harvest in before updating the mod, the plants will likely be 🚫 after the update.
don't remember if i gave an update, but we did get the mod workin' in our huge modpack! i don't exactly know what we did differently (besides waiting for longer, i guess?) but now we just have like. 6 norvilles LMAO. otherwise the mod works great!
This mod was included in mine and my wife's mod lists and had previously worked, or so I thought. I think SMAPI had been throwing the error in her log previously the last couple of days but we were still able to play. Today, she couldn't load into my hosted game; a forever black loading screen, but both SMAPIs said she had loaded in. Disabling Lost in the Woods allowed her to load into the game, so I'm not sure what exactly is happening. We even tried both deleting the mod from our list and downloading the latest version, still gave her the error. Unfortunately this has been an issue since we released the mod, and Doki and I haven't been able to recreate the issue. I really wish I could help I just don't know enough about what's causing it.
What multiplayer connection are you using? Wifi, LAN, IP?
Doki and I play using either LAN or IP connection, I can't remember which right now.
Most likely wifi. I'll load up my farm and my wife will click "rejoin" on the farm; she first joined using an invite code. Tomorrow we'll try using another method and see what SMAPI does - I never thought of trying that.
hey! just wanted to chime in to mention that my husband and wife are havin' the same trouble joinin' me. it seems like it tries and fails to let them join and then gets upset about the lostwoodz location bein' missing when i leave the farmhouse. we're playing over the internet on steam, though only one of us isn't on the same LAN as the others. i'm gonna troubleshoot some more but i'm kinda glad we're not the only one with this issue!
back here to say that yeah, it seems to be related to wi-fi multiplayer. my live-in wife and i are on the same LAN and we were able to run around just fine after a small wait. but when our husband from out of the country tried to join, both of them got the lostwoodz error.
So connecting via IP allows her to load in, of which we've been playing for now; however, I just ran into the game having two Norvilles. I stopped him to chat and another kept walking from where the one I was chatting with was standing. SMAPI's been constantly throwing some caution text about double loading or something (found in the SMAPI log originally posted). Not sure if this is something in the mod files or something with my mod list, etc. Just wanted to note this.

it seems its for the tools to work together, if i have only yours or theirs singular, the tools work. but when running both mods together it cancels out the tools except your hybrid seed extractor. and i get no errors/warnings between the 2 using the dev version of smapi ( i like to see any and all errors, project zomboid made me this way lol ), that say anything's conflicting with one another.
EDIT: lol im stupid af, both yours and their tool sets work simultaneously but i was putting their crops into your tools and vice versa. so i guess to answer the question is would to possibly make compatibility between both yours and their crops and tool sets
Hi. I'm translating your mod when I want to take a rest, because I found this intriguing. We Japanese who live in Japan can't use them because of Japan's very-super stringent standards. Japan always bans using them so as not to get all physical, psychic, and life issues from the case by using one of them. Japan always primarily thinks about citizens' health, even for all different and intractable patients, so we can't use them.
So I felt this mod has dreamy but realistic details, and more strongly because we Japanese can't get detailed information about them.
Anyways, I have a question now.
About the description of Alien Technology, "AlienTechnology_description": "A pure indica with a spicy, fuely flavor that can be quite stimulating, lasting up to six hours." What does 'fuely ' mean? Fruity or nearly smelling fuel?

Hey! When I read the part of your mod description that mentions someone named Mortimer, I clicked it since it was showing as a link. It links to a soundcloud song(?) that features Hannibal Buress lol.

Is there any chance we can add a config toggle to exclude Norville & Mortimer from the intro quest? Norville is impossible to catch not minding his store and Mortimer doesn't actually show up anywhere, so it's frustratingly not completable?
hi, I tried checking the information document in the description and wandered around the town, but Mortimer is not showing up for me. I added this mod to an existing save that is on year 3 and I checked the table to the east of the community centre, but I cannot find him. is there another place to buy the products he sells, or is it just him and if so, where is he?
He should show up at the community center after 14:00 and stay there until 23:30 daily. Are any error messages popping up in SMAPI?

Another non-stoner chiming in. This mod is so fun for me too. I make up a little story for my farmer as I play, and mine is Joja Corp starts passing nuisance town ordinances and regulations preventing me from selling alcohol and whatnot trying to shut down my farm, so she goes all Breaking Bad, turns the cellar into a huge weed growlab and starts a smuggling business with Mr Qi's mafia. :D
As of right now there's no built in compatibility and I haven't personally played the game with both mods installed for long enough to confirm whether or not there's compatibility issues.
I've thought about reaching out to yourdorkbrains to get their permission to include their strains in some Hybrid Seed Maker combinations. But. I'm a nervous guy.
