A simple fenced farm layout for MTN - big farm, up to 8 players' cabins, adjacent to a road. Now including a river version!

This is a MTN farm layout I created for myself. The farm is adjacent to a road and fenced, with plenty of space for farming, two ponds and a lake. Up to 8 cabins can be built (there's even a special spot dedicated for them).
I don't intend to change the layout in any way or fix any bugs. Just posting it here because maybe someone will like it.
I've fixed some bugs and added a river version (works like a Riverland farm). Enjoy!

INSTALLATION
- Download and install SMAPI;
- Download and install MTN (More Than Necessary);
- Unpack and put the folder in your Stardew Valley/Mods;
- Pick your farm while starting new game;
- Optional: Rename TegoFarmXXX2 into TegoFarmXXX to get a roadless version.
KNOWN BUGS
- The dog / cat likes to hang out in a non-accesible area behind the fence.
- Greenhouse is rendered into a wrong layer.
- Grandpa's note is not rendered in the right spot.
