Before posting a bug here, PLEASE instead post to the "Bugs" tab. It is critical to tracking issues consistently. Also provide logs whenever possible: log.smapi.io

So...if this is meant to be a foraging map replacement...where are the foragables? I've never had any spawn. You don't have anything in the map file for spawns and I don't know how to edit them in. Did map types change, too? Because 1 isn't foraging, it's river....but there's only trash. lol Wish I could have stayed on the previous version to avoid the map drought.
I was planning on leveraging features from MTN which were not fully implemented. Currently there are significant limitations on what custom maps can do, as a result of SDV having a very poor code architecture. I haven't been playing much recently, so I have not revisited adding this functionality in.
