I tested in game, and while they both load just fine, only Coordinated Crafting Bars was shown for the actual bars. Tools were all blue, but the actual Iridium Bar is still purple. Both mods can be used, just ignore the fact that "Blue" Iridium bars won't actually be blue.
Edit: By making Coordinated Crafting Bars load first, you can make the Iridium bar blue. To do so, simply change the name of the mod folder so it is above the Blue Iridium folder. For example, rename "Coordinated Crafting Bars" to "A Coordinated Crafting Bar Mod." Only issue I found is that it will be larger than the other bars, and there will be random purple pixels on the edges of the bar.
