I'm not going to use this mod myself, but as someone else who isn't a modder but who's poked at mod files to tweak them, I just wanted to give a thumbs up for doing good work and hammering away at stuff you only vaguely understand until it works. I know the feel, and I hope a lot of people enjoy the fruits - or vegetables - of your labor.
Thank you for your message. I consider my poking like painting a chair. It won't alter how the chair works, but only its appearance. So, it's mostly safe to use the mod like it's safe to sit in that chair. Eric Barone himself never had created a game before, and look at the amazing result. Of course he studied programming. My knowledge comes mostly from RPG Maker, and I'm used to tweak resources to use them in the platform.
Heads up, CustomCrops is no longer supported and is not recommend as a) It won't be updated to 1.3 b) Outdated. The new version is called JsonAssets. I'd recommend changing the format of your crops to the JA format so more people will use them.
JA and CustomCrops don't play nice together and there are far more content packs for JA now.
Unfortunately, I have no knowledge to do it. This project is the result of pure curiosity. It is on its core just a reskin of other crops. If you are capable of it, go right ahead and do it. You and anybody have my permission. I will seek information and see what I can do myself. Thanks for the reply.
I managed to get some success with the Json Assets. Soon I will be updating. Thank you for your feedback. I'm new in modding and this mod is a freelance.
Ah, nothing like a good night of sleep to get your ideas in their right places. I got to convert the files to Json Assets. Thank you, man. Your name is quoted as a helper.

To get this working, change the content-pack.json name to be manifest.json. Then, copy the entire folder into your Mods folder.
