I noticed some lag spikes which I traced back to this pack updating every GameLoop.TimeChanged. Any chance of a static version? All good if not :) Thanks~ looking forward to the chocolate mod <3
Bit of a necro reply, but oh well, might be relevant for somebody else in the future.
I also experienced heavy stuttering when adding this mod into my heavy load order, which is to be expected since it requires constant updating on timechange to apply it's features.
My compromise was to settle on one of the six colour options available, since I'd probably only use one anyway to stay uniform in my decorating. Really simple to do aswell since the mod originally had it's individual files for each colour, and the only difference now is that they are sub folders in a common aio mod. Just go into the '(CP) Orangblossom's Basic Windows' folder (once you've extracted it of course), and then you place a dot in front of the colour options to exclude. Ex: '[CP] Orangeblossom's Basic Windows - basic' into--> '.[CP] Orangeblossom's Basic Windows - basic'. Opting for just 1 out of six colours effectively reduced the stutter I received from this mod by 5/6ths.
For those that don't know, placing a dot at the beginning of a folder name makes it so that smapi won't load it when booting. You could alternatively straight up delete the folders as well.
I do not know if it's just a me problem but when seasons changed from winter to spring i started getting warnings from SMAPI and then my game eventually crashed

I use pretty much every window mod you put out, but is there a reason Seasonal Open Windows was taken down? I think those windows are what's popping up as red no symbols in my game now, and I was so confused! Is that maybe what that is, and will it be back up sometime?
I have a question though. I think it's a setting, but my windows are always so dang bright! Blindingly bright. I can barely see the detail of your gorgeous windows because of this, is there a way to turn it down? (It's not just your mod, it's all windows, but yours is the only one I care about T~T)
Hello! For some reason, SMAPI tells me the mod needs to be updated. I downloaded it today again, and it still shows the same message. Is it normal? Thanks!
Update: Just downloaded yesterday's (19th June 2024) version and SMAPI still tells me it needs to be updated (it appears as if I had 1.0.0 and I just downloaded 1.0.2). Is there a way of fixing this? I just checked the manifest.json, and perhaps that might be the problem? Either way, please let me know. Thanks!
Hello orangeblossom. Everything you have designed is amazing! Thank you so much!
It seems that if the season in the game changes while playing, I have to restart the game once or I will get the error message below. " WARN SMAPI Skipped reload for 'Tilesheets/BF_spring' because the underlying asset no longer exists. " It's a very minor thing and I don't think you need to change anything, but I just wanted to let you know just in case.
I used the translation tool DeepL for these texts as I am not good at English. Sorry if it sounds rude.
i also get that warning from SMAPI but it's safe to ignore. that usually just happens when the seasons change, but the assets don't really get deleted and the seasonal windows will work like usual :)
It seems so, and I am more relieved to hear that from you! Now I can continue to use these lovely windows without having to worry about anything! Thank you very much! ♡♡
