Hi, this works already except for the hole and ladder translation because they're included in my mod and must be translated manually. I changed my language to russian and it's working fine for me.
Sorry I don't know how to upload pictures,My language is simplified Chinese, there are many minerals in my game without translation, can you test it,thank you again
Hi, aren't they being tracked at all? I can see nickel from the mod but its display name is "Stone". Perhaps you disabled Stone in the blacklist and can't see it. I'm afraid the framework for adding custom ores handles it that way. I will do some research though.
i already change the keybind for relocate the tracker from "P" to "\" button. but when i try to restarting the game, it will reverted to 'P" button. please, it's really annoying when i should open generic mod config menu for every launch the game
Hi, thanks for your your feedback. I got your idea while working on the mod but I am unsure whether I should integrate it to Ore Detector or make a new mod. If I integrated it to Ore Detector, the name of the mod tends to be unmatching since it will do more than just "detecting" ores. But in general, I will definitely take that idea in consideration
I see what you mean. I think it would be a fantastic idea, yet if making another mod like that is up to you :) Thanks for taking things into consideration!
Hi, if you have Generic Mod Config Menu installed, theres a button in the main menu on the bottom right corner. If you've loaded a save, you can open the menu, go to settings and scroll down until you see a Mod Configuration button :)
Would be great if this would be a tool like an actual metal detector that you can hold over a stone an it shows if it contains metal / a ladder... This rn feels like a little too much help... But love the general idea.
Hi, the mod doesn't reveal the tile with a ladder/hole underneath it. It draws a line to a hole or ladder if its revealed (can be enabled/disabled in config). The mod also doesn't show if a rock contains copper for example. It basically lists every tile in your current level and how many you have mined of it. It organises information that is given anyway. In my opinion, the metal detector you described follows a different way compared to my interpretation. I appreciate your feedback though :)

Do you have any plans to add or make a monster tracker like this?
Like how many slimes, bats etc.

edit: also, i set the config to "showOreName": false but the "hole" text is still there (the "ladder" text is removed together with the ores tho)
Also thanks for that little bug report. Will get that fixed soon.
e.g.: instead of "Copper: 2/8" it would just say "Copper: 6" and go down by one for each that you mine?
In the same vein, instead of Ladder: Yes/No, I'd prefer it display the number of ladders revealed on the level.
