Nice job, just a question: does it work for mod fishes too? I'm using Fishing for Dummies, but it only works for vanilla fish, not for mod ones like Oarfish or King Prawn.
If not, is there sth i can manually do to the files to change that?
Edit: just tested it & it works fine, at least for the 2 fish mods above! Ty, great job, no more missing chests!
Not currently. I spent some time trying to figure out android but got very lost very quickly. It's still on my backlog to try and figure out I just haven't had time recently.
If you have GMCM installed, you can edit the config values directly in game by clicking the gear icon in the bottom left of the title screen or by accessing the config menu from the bottom of the settings menu once a save file has been loaded.
If you aren't using GMCM, launch the game once with the mod installed. Then exit the game and navigate to wherever you have the game installed and find your mods folder and go to the FullFishingBar folder within that. Should be something like this: "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Mods\FullFishingBar". If you've followed these steps then you'll see a "config.json" file that should have the settings that you can edit.
The BarSizePercentageInt is the value you want to edit. It should be between 10 and 100 depending on your preference.
I keep being told I need to update this mod but I have the latest update, do you know why it keeps telling me that there's a new update when I have the latest one already?
If you don't want to use the mod. Don't use it. But to go out of your way to gatekeep an entire game because of the dislike of a mini game is pointless. Whether it be due to accessibility needs or just not finding joy in the mini game, everyone should be able to enjoy Stardew Valley. And mods throughout this site are created and offered to allow everyone to enjoy SDV exactly how they want.
Hi, this is a fantasic mod! It's simple and effective; I just can't deal with the mini-game after third play through. Thank you so much. I wonder if it's possible to add auto-hook feature to the mod? My fingers will thank you.
