You can just open up the manifest file inside of the mods files and change 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 to make it go away. I think the author just forgot to change the version name in the manifest.json file.

Hello. I am getting a error message not from your mod directly but from a mod I have called Stardew Progress. It can't find items that appear to come from your mod. It appears it can't locate the same ingredient (lemon)
