ON VACATION - hello friends! I'm taking a bit of R&R to recharge after a lot of modding so comments are locked for the time being. Please use the bug reports section if needed and I'll be sure to check on it all when I get back. Happy Modding!
Please read the FAQ and Troubleshooting section before posting here. If it is a suspected bug - it goes in the bug reports section. It MUST have a smapi log. Bug reports without smapi logs will be deleted or ignored. Duplicate bug reports will also be removed. This is to help me keep track of what actually needs to be fixed in the mods.
Issues about object sprites swapping - please remove the Clear Glasses mod. It is a known bug with that mod and how it handles sprites.
Comments that do not follow the guidelines I've shared will be removed.
I'm not sure if I'm missing something or just impatient, but how do I get tea leaves? I've found most of the herbs, and occasionally get the special orders for tea, but I can't make anything till I get the tea leaves
Tea Leaves are a part of the base game! If you need a hint, go and befriend Caroline - more specific instructions can be found on Caroline's page on the SDV wiki
Hello! I had 2 questions. 1.) I have a save file with the old mods on it. If I switch the old ones for these new ones, will it mess up that save? 2.) Because you had to private the old mods, I can't locate some ingredients or read up on where to find them (like sakura blossoms or the one vanilla). Is there a way I can do get that info, if I can not seamlessly switch the old and new mods?
As someone who went through the transfer when the new versions rolled out, here's been my experience:
1. The save will not be messed up, all the items you had previously collected will be maintained. The only place this doesn't happen are with items that were removed from the mod/s during the upgrade (FWIR: certain seeds that are now craftable bushes, certain non-generic artisan items that were in the process of being made overnight - see the WAG spreadsheet for more specific details on what is still a non-generic), and those items will just be replaced with error items that can safely be trashed or sold without affecting your save's playability.
Hello! This isn't a bug or anything affecting gameplay whatsoever, just letting you know that there are some old recipes for deprecated dependencies that you could clean up, if you were so inclined.
I noticed while using Lookup Anything on the Tea Processor machine that there are some Sachet recipes related to items that (I'm guessing) used to be in Cornucopia - More Flowers that have since been removed or changed, and are showing as Error Item outputs. From what I can tell:
Removed Items: Borage, Calendula, Gardenia, Hollyhock, Orange Blossom Renamed Items: Pansy (formerly "Spring Pansy") Double-listed Items: Hibiscus (one recipe appears intact with the Hibiscus item but unnamed, one looks like it's missing an input like the others)
Related, it looks like there's also (non-errored) third recipe options for both the Lady Grey and the Fragrant Jasmine Tea Sachets that's missing input outside of the tea leaves fuel.
Again, doesn't affect gameplay and fully dealer's choice if you want to do anything about them, just a let-you-know. Thanks so much for your fantastic work on the whole Atelier Goods mod suite!
Thanks for the quick response! I forgot there were more compatibilities than the Cornucopia's, so that's on me lol 😅 Small informed follow-ups if you want to elaborate, but no pressure:
- For the Hibiscus sachet recipe, I've got one mod installed that should make it possible to craft - is that one recipe erroring a bug? - For the Spring Pansy sachet recipe, would there be any interest in duplicating the recipe to include Cornucopia's Pansy as an input?
Thanks again!
EDIT: Have made a set of bug report for Hibiscus items, since they cropped up a few times in other Wildflour mods that I found. Thanks much for clarifying!
Okay I know I said I wasn't going to be commenting on all your pages, and I swear I meant it!
This is the sort of tiny-bug that's just kind of gnat-or-midge-sized and relates very specifically to this mod, though --
I noticed when checking through recipe-receipt letters for who'd sent them that the machine letters for the coffee grinder and brewer have no tool-tip associated with them, or if they do it's broken. Instead of something like "Boba is Better!", it's "no translation:atelierbarista_GrinderRecipe.name" (or "BrewerRecipe"), in an English-language game.
Now, at last, something fun to do with all these coffee beans... :3
Hello Wildflour! Love the mods and I've been using them to the fullest in my game. I just want to ask or rather clarify (I'm maybe overthinking it) but when updating ALL of your mods, do we remove the previous folders or is it only on select fews (such as this one) based on the description in their Files tab?
hello! would it be possible to change the recipe for cream cheese to differ a tad bit from cream? i use the automate mod and they keep ending up as cream cheese instead of cream, making it quite a bit difficult to make cream for coffee :(
I really love your work! It's so great! I love coffee and tea, but there aren't any craftable options in the original game. just want to ask could this mod possibly show recipes info with [Lookup Anything]?
Hi Wildflour, I been using the forages you made for a while and the locations so cute! But I decided to do full dive playthough with all your goods now. Very excited thank you so much for the amazing stuff.

I had tried looking stuff up before, but couldn't find anything. Guess I just formatted the search wrong.

2. In the optional files of the Wildflour Forager mod, there is a set of PDF's with all the new forage item's information - very cute and easy to reference!
Hope this helps you!
Edit: I found the problem.

Those error items are machine rules for items you don't have installed - lumisteria 's serene meadow for example.
The duplicate options are because there are multiple ways to get those other items for compat like cornucopia and wild food having jasmine.
Looks a bit strange but in theory shouldn't affect your gameplay at all; you're just seeing more under the hood than before.
