The tiny fridge has been annoying me a lot recently so this is a god sent. I'm just wondering if it's compatible with mods that alter the appearance of kitchen appliances such as Elle's Kitchen Replacement.
Is it possible to change my current savefile's farmhouse fridge to the big one without restarting? I'd really like both of my fridges to match. is it as simple as replacing the asset to the one from your mod or will that break my save?
love how easy it is to replace the mini fridge with this bigger fridge, but I have a mod that makes my mini fridges bigger inside too. I also have a mod to paint the mini fridges different colors, and I would like to paint your bigger fridge too, as I dont really like the black fridge color.
Is there any way this change could be made part of the second house upgrade so it feels more progressive and less cheaty?
I think the small fridge is fine for when you just unlock the kitchen, but then if you upgrade your house again (the one where you can have kids), then you should get a bigger fridge.
You mean the Big Fridge item or the Farmhouse fridge?
The item is unlocked at the second house upgrade or first house upgrade + 5 hearths with Robin, but you can change the hearths in the config file to 11 and that disables that option. Also, the price is quite high if you go for the hearths option, also configurable.
The Farmhouse fridge is a Big Fridge by default because the texture is bigger than the Mini-Fridge, and it doesn't change when upgrading the house a second time, so it makes sense. I can make a config for the upgrade tho.
