I dont get any smapi errors but since I downloaded this mod, and I believe this is the only mod I have affecting the mines, but there have been very few situations where I cleared absolutely everything from a floor and not find a staircase. Let me know if you'd like a smapi log. But I love the mod thank you!
Yeah, I have experienced the same thing but I'm not sure what causes that within the mod. I will look into but until further notice, the only "fix" is to re-enter the floor.
