    • Why is the skill not showing up in my skill page?
      - If you installed everything correctly, there should now be a scrollbar in the skill page. scroll down to see the skill.

    • Look up anything is saying it takes 600 days for the restoration table
      - Look up anything is having trouble data-mining a machine added through c#. It will say 600 days, but in reality it will only take 7 days.

      hey i love the mod and i would find it cool to have something like a detector? i dont know in what way but maybe add like a sound when you enter a map with artifact spots or panning spots?

      while we talk about panning i think this profession is the least desired one from those two. maybe add something like a guaranteed artifact in the first item you pan and not a "chance" because panning in itself is not really all that useful and i dont know how its possible but increase the range from it significantly? its frustrating having a panning spot but its literally in the middle of the river and you cant get it.

      the level 10 panning tree is also not really desirable: 

      1. i dont know what is added into the loot table and while reading it i found it too "mysterious" of a risk.
      maybe write like categories? or the highlights.maybe add a tiny chance to have radioactive ore or even more tinier chance for prismatic shards so it is worth it to use the pan.

      with more upgrades of the pan the chances get higher?it could be more of a pan skill than artifact skill so maybe im a bit too focused to have panning more useful than adding something artifact related.

      like i said thats the reason i found panning useless so with this it would at least be a desirable skill to choose.

      i could intepret this wrong and it just means you get "more" items from panning? i dont know and if not maybe thats also a good skill to have?

      if it is actually like that then please just change it to "you get more items from panning", "you are guaranteed to have at least 3-4 items while panning" or something like that so that even me can understand XD

      2. maybe also add a higher chance for panning spots? i know you can get more with uprading it but maybe increase it? i dont even know the chance for an iridium pan to spawn spots.

      well for now i would always choose the artifact spot skill tree than to choose the panning one.

      With this feedback I have done some changes to the profession tree and the professions. Trawler is now called Dowser. Since Dowsers in the past were people who divined water spots, if you pick this profession, more panning spots have a chance of spawning! The level 5 professions are now better counterparts to each other.

      Next, Profession 10b1 which was Dowser, is now Dredger. Not only can you pan up extra ore, solar essence, shadow essence, or even a prismatic shard like with the old trawler profession... You now can also pan up artfiacts with it like the old dowser. This is also all in addition to the original panning result, leaving you with 2-5 possible items from a single panning spot! 

      I would also say, don't diss the speed boost from Gold Rusher/Forty-Niner! It goes well when trying to rush through the mines or skull cavern. Using the iridium hoe, you can get to like +8 to +9 speed.

      With Gold Rush, it may appear weak when reading due some some ambiguity in the wording of minute (soft 'i', 60 seconds) vs minute (hard 'i', extremely small).  If it's supposed to be the former, it may be better to list is as "a one minute speed boost." I originally read it the second way.

    Hi! Is there a reason that the Preservation Chamber takes 10 oak resin? This is such a huge amount that it feels out of proportion with any other earlygame recipe (e.g. the preserves jar only needs 1 resin). Winter 1 is almost over, and I still don't have a single Preservation Chamber, despite having the recipe since Spring 1. I feel like 3-5 oak resin would still be a "lot" without being insane, especially since kegs and other higher-priority recipes also demand oak resin.

    If for some reason the SVE "harder recipes" setting is affecting the Preservation Chamber, and the actual cost isn't 10 oak resin, please ignore this post. Thanks for the great mod otherwise!

      The preservation chamber takes 10 oak resin for a few reasons....

      1) there is no other early game recipe that requires oak resin. Other recipes that take oak resin require level 9 farming. 

      2) it outputs products that are worth at x10 the speed of a keg. With the 1.6 artifact book, you can make more money with one preservation chamber than 10 kegs.

      10 kegs will produce 10 ancient fruit wine (worth 1,650) in 6 days worth 16,500g.1 hardwood preservation chamber processing 13 golden masks will give you 28,600g. Which is the same amount of time those kegs will take to produce the wine. 1 hardwood preservation chamber with the artifact book (x3 artifact sell cost) and curator (x2 artifact sell cost) will sell the 13 golden masks for 171,600g vs 10 kegs producing 10 ancient fruit wine with artisan which will give you 23,100g.But what if you don't use golden masks. Majority of artifacts on a hardwood display sell for 600. So x13 on display would only be 7,800g. Till you add in the artifact book which triples their sell price to 23,400g.

      Hi,

      Sounds like it might be a "compatibility" issue with SVE's more difficult crafting recipes, then (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/8149), which makes both kegs and preserve jars take oak resin. (I didn't realize that this wasn't a basegame thing!) I have a preservation station set up now, so I'm satisfied. Thanks for the response.

    Hello~

    I have a set of problems. I have the Archaeology, Socialising and Luck skill.

    Is just that there is no scroll bar, and only the Luck skill is visible, squished halfway over the Battle skill. I am very lost, as I don't know what could possibly conflict, and I have double checked all requirements are installed where they should be.

    As such..

    Sigh. Well, after fumbling around like a bloody idiot all damn day and trying to sort out what doesn't work and why it won't work, I found the issue.
    Need to actually tick the "Custom Skill Page" in SpaceCore. Aaaargh. Fucking hell, that cost me all my patience today. I need some candy now.

      I updated the translation for ArchaeologySkillCode (the one with the GCMC menu) with something smoother. Here it is.

      Also, there seems to be a bug on the i18n file : the reference is "config.ExperienceFromBuriedAndPannedItem" (and its tooltip) instead of - apparently - "config.ExperienceFromPanSpots". So the whole line (and its tooltip) for "Buried items and panning experince gain" is not translated at all : it only shows "ExperienceFromPanSpots".

      The precedent CP file is still fine as it was.

      In the meantime, I published the translation. If you want to integrate it on your mod (like you did with YACS), just tell me : I will delete the translation "mod" on Nexus.

      funny enough, while that does have to deal with archaeology, that isn't from this mod. It's from Visit mount Vapius

      I don't know since I play with ridgeside valley and I do not get this error. I also play without ridgeside valley and do not get this error.


      This error is harmless in the end. You don't need to worry. It just means you won't be able to give items from this mod to the villagers.

      Hello, I also have the same problem, so I decided to do an experiment, checking your smapi log I can see that you are using the Spanish translation, and so am I. Then it occurred to me to re-download the rigdiside mob to verify and what the author of this mob says, by the way, thank you for your work. Well the warning didn't appear, but when I reloaded the Spanish translation the warning appeared. In summary, the error appears when the Spanish translation of mardrest (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/8030?tab=files) is loaded, I hope this helps to fix it, if not, there is no problem. I hope I have helped.

      sir, are you sure you're on the right mod. THis mod doesn't touch the map at all, also in the log you linked, has errors like this...

      This mod doesn't add a NPC called Fievel, or any NPCs at all. 
    2. The issue was resolved when this mod was removed.

      Then you have some other mod that's causing a three way conflict with this mod and your recolors.

      after seeing this, which mod is responsible for the "600+ days to process" issue?
      ^the picture was taken from your video you posted, seen at 33 seconds, if you pause here

      Additionally, i haven't seen this machine in the article that showcases every machine available.

      I specifically made sure to open the machine with Look Up Anything to show the 600+ days thing, while showing that it takes only 7 days for the machine to finish. 

      As from the FAQ post in the sticky.

    Getting an error saying that i dont have the dll for the mod and i can't run it. i redownloaded the patch and threw that in with no luck,
