FYI, the area you're using already has a functional Park + Pond in SdV-E https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/3753 which makes your mod automatically incompatible with that other famous expansion mod. Otherwise, good job for Vanilla game.

The boxes on the property will be buried at the base of the tree if the "Big Tree" setting is enabled. If not, it was moved to a box next to the blacksmith shop.
