They'll appear in the hand mirror's menu from the mod Fashion Sense after you install!
So that mod gives you this hand mirror you can buy at Pierre's, and if you use that, you can change your hair to these ones. It's a requirement for these hairs. The hairs should just show up in that menu, but not in the normal customization menu. Hope that helps!
