I do have a lot of mods so maybe there's some incompatibility, but this seems to cause a long while of loading from my save AND causes a very lengthy pause when I step out of the house for a gift. Maybe because of Cats and Dogs?
I know this mod has been around for quite sometime but is there any chance of adding the option in config for your cat/dog to not bring you anything in the winter? I have a mod that lets my pet stay inside by the hearth all winter and it still tries to give me gifts, but since my cat isn't outside it uses a placeholder name lmao. This isn't game-breaking it'd just be a nice detail. Great mod though! Thank you.
I just discovered this mod and it's so wholesome it melts my heart! My little kitty has been bringing me things from bait to honey to fruit... to even diamonds. What a great mod. Thank you!
For some reason, the last few times I've received a gift from my cats, there has been nothing on my porch! This never used to happen, and I'm not sure what could've changed it.

NVM I misunderstood the warning! Newest version of SMAPI is not the newest MAJOR version XD
