I think I might be way too dumb to figure this mod out.
I just want a perfect 1:1 scale on square pixels. No softening, no rounding, no smoothing, no anti-aliasing. I can't seem to achieve this with the Standard Settings, and I am in way over my head when it comes to the Advanced Settings.
Hey my partner and i were experiencing massive lag spikes and freezes with our game playing Local-Coop/Split-screen mode until we found this mod and its simply amazing ALL of the loading lag spikes are gone!!!! BUT in winter or fall when there are animated particles for snow or other screenspace effects it shows the particles incorrectly moving about when the other player is moving making the playthrough really annoying in these months and for some reason the snow transparency option isnt working at all. If you could please investigate this and fix it we would be immensely appreciative!
Few issues with running Stardew on Ubuntu 24.04.2. When running on 144hz refresh rate characters eyes go green during the run animation (not sure what causes that) but when toning it down to 60hz the issue disappears. There's also a lot of screen tearing but that may be an issue with the game itself, not the mod. Please let me know if you guys have solutions for this.
I am very new to modding, but I did test this mod and noticed it caused my characters skin color to change while moving around. I removed this mod from my mods folder just to double check that it was the culprit and it indeed was. Is there any way to fix this? This mod is so beautiful and I just want it to work right.

Sorry for the slow reply, by the way. I don't log in very often.
… I got exactly the same result as Vanilla. (This is at 75% scale.)
You are right about that "one pixel off" thing, though. But it applies to the Vanilla scaler, too.
