Hi, this was working fine until the latest update. Now the greenhouse has shifted and I can't exit when inside (have to use a totem) or enter the basement.
If you're using another mod, such as Stardew Valley Expanded, you'll need to turn off any greenhouse changes in those. I just ran into this issue with the Frontier Farm map. I turned off the Greenhouse options for that mod and the issue was resolved.
hello! i can't figure out how to make this patch work. i installed both this patch and the original mod, but when i load the game, it says that the mod won't be enabled because i have two installations of it? i tried putting the patch file into the original mod file, but it said that the mod was outdated. what do i do? i'm on mac btw
I've tried installing this and can't get it to work (through Vortex). I've tried with and without the original mod and I've tried to manually replace the original content with this. If I have both installed, Smapi just says there's two of these mods and so it can't load them Default greenhouse is the only thing I get.
How are you supposed to install this?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
Edit: If you have this problem, do what BinChicken007 said.
Pre Step 1. Delete all archives of both mods to start from a clean slate.
1. Download and install the original mod through vortex, run the game once through Vortex and close the game at the start menu. 2. Manually download the 'fix' from this mod (NOT through Vortex) and save and extract the files somewhere. 3. [CRITICAL STEP] Open your STEAM SDV directory and go the "Mods" folder, NOT the VORTEX mod folder. You will see the mod folder just called "CustomGreenhouse" without any numbers at the end. 4. Paste the files you extracted from step 2 into this folder and overwrite. 5. Success!
Or instead of jumping through hoops, you could just...install both manually? Since even with your method you have to install this one manually. Download the original, open the file, drag+drop the folder inside into your Mods folder. Then download and open this one, and drag+drop the contents into the folder from the other mod. Done. Not sure why people keep insisting on trying to use Vortex with SDV since it's known to not always install things right and SDV has an incredibly newcomer-friendly installation process.
You do not need to use Vortex to track this mod. Please note, this is not a standalone mod, it's just a patch. It requires replacing the files in the original mod folder. This is for one time use only. So you need to download the original mod, manually or via Vortex, whichever is more convenient for you. Then manually download this patch and unpack the files into the folder of the original mod, replacing the files. Your Vortex will still track the original mod, so when it gets an update, you'll be able to download it easily. You will then no longer need this patch.
Just an FYI, the link to the original in the description is for a different mod by Forkmaster called "Farm Extended". Here's the correct link for those who want the source:
Custom Greenhouse This is my favorite greenhouse mod though, so thank you for updating it for 1.6. :)

You should think about keeping your unhelpful and unnecessary comments to yourself.
