hello everyone, i had told some people i was going to fix/add some things this week, but i've been not doing well mentally so i'm not sure when i'll get to them. i plan on fixing moving the house and adding a no debris version. sorry and thanks for using the map!
I think I've found out why the mod doesn't load recolor mods. You've got some PNGs in your asset/Maps that seem to override the recolor mod's assets. When I remove them, my recolor mod loads properly on the farm.
I see from the description and images that this map has the features from just about every farm type.

I just wanted to confirm that it doesn't have blue grass from the Meadows Map? And how much of the map is farmable? Just the two soil patches? Or is the grass also farmable? It might seem like an odd question, but some maps allow it, others don't.
hello! i released this pretty shortly after 1.6, so when i was working on it, blue grass didn't exist and is not implemented in this map. I also haven't done any testing for it since, so I'm not sure how well it works with all the patches that have been made. i am pretty much out of the sdv modding game for good now, so I'm sorry if you wanted to use this and it doesn't work. i appreciate you showing interest tho! To answer your other question, i believe it should all be farmable, but it's been so long since I've worked on it that I don't actually remember. Also, i don't know if the monsters thing had to be implemented, i think i might just be a setting in the game for starting a new save? anyways, thanks again, and sorry if it doesnt work

I have no idea what activates the Blue Grass on a map by default. I know that if you replace the Meadows farm map (internal name is something about ranching) then it is active. Otherwise, apparently you can get some from Qi at end game levels. All of that said, there isn't enough of a difference in my opinion to worry about it an awful lot unless you just enjoy the aesthetics of it. Most of the difference between normal grass and blue grass, according to the wiki, is that it has 4 bunches instead of 2 bunches making it so that animals can feed from it 4 times instead of just 2 or something in that vein. I'm going off memory at the moment, and it is unreliable at the best of times.
As for the monsters setting. Yes, it is a setting that can be activated, or not, upon creating a new game. And if I'm not mistaken there is also a shrine of some description whom I haven't encountered in game yet (I have a modding addiction, it's a problem I'm not willing to solve frankly), that allows you to toggle it as well.

Unable to see the option to select the farm from New save. Is there something special I need to do? I have ensured all mods have been fully updated as of today

im not sure what you mean by farm teleportation, if you mean the teleport at the farm spawn area to the nexus then thats something you configure in SVE's files. if thats the case lmk, i can put the coordinates in the description
hi! did u download the most recent version? one of the older versions i accidentally left the tilesheets in and thats why it wouldn't change seasons. I just tested it now with the up to date version and it is changing seasons on my save. I'm glad you like the map though <3
that screenshot was actually from before 1.6, I didn't get to test the recolors with 1.6 because nothing was updated at the time. i dont know why recolors wouldn't work though, do you get any smapi errors or warnings
Version 1.1.0 has been released, you can no longer configure which farm to replace, it only replaces standard. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience, but things were just too complicated. I might change this back in the future once there is more documentation for 1.6 modding. Fishing is still not fixed yet. Please continue to let me know if there are any other problems :)
EDIT: okay guys so I realized I needed to add a property for the pet bowl location. I unfortunately was not able to fix this on my map without starting a new save. If you have a pet bowl in 2 locations, I'm sorry but you might need to restart because the map needs to be redrawn from scratch. If someone finds a way around this please share Again, sorry about this, this is my first big mod so I'm working through things as they come.

I'm trying to use the Pastoral Recolour mods which worked fine with Grandpa's Farm but this map seems to overwrite it.
