Harvey is my favorite bachelor, but his OW sprite always looked a bit derpy to me (not representative of the handsome man I know he is!). This is my personal edit I've been using for the past few years, but decided to share since 1.6 has come around.
Comes with three new color options, in case you don't like his blue winter look. Red, Orange, and Classic Harvey Green.
Requires Content Patcher
