Hello, friends! I want to make it clear here that for technical reasons (to make it work correctly in the pet adoption menu), I had to change the cat's breed ID in the 1.0.1 update. This will cause my cat to revert to the default orange cat.
If you are updating from 1.0.0 and your cat was set to this breed, you will have to run debug cmenuin your SMAPI console to open the character creation menu and switch back to this breed.
i'm sorry for your loss. losing a beloved pet is one of the hardest things in life. this is such a unique mod! i'm going to use it in my new save. thank you for sharing<3

This was my dear little Teddy, now gone these 13 years but never forgotten. I'd been his mom ever since he was 3 weeks old so losing him 16 years later was rough.
Two weeks ago I commented on how your departed cat looks like my cat Tuki. Yesterday, my Tuki died. Now I truly understand what grief you might've gone through. Thank you kindly for this mod, I'll have him in the game, at least.

Oh my this is so adorable!! I'm sad to hear she's no longer with you, but i would like you to know that your kitty sprite and the info given made me aware of the wobbly cat syndrome. I saw this cat sprite and it reminds me a lot of my young male cat Billy. He also has a bit of a wobbly walk, but just ever so slightly. And as a kitten he would also wobble his head, though he outgrew that. If the wobbly cat syndrome has milder symptoms then that would explain a lot. Anyway thank you for making this adorable sprite and the wobbly animation! Perfect for my little Stardew universe!

Hi! Please make sure you have updated to version 1.0.1. There is a bug in the pet adoption license that prevents the version 1.0.0 cat from appearing in the adoption menu. In 1.0.1, I changed the cat's breed ID so that it works properly (see the sticky post).
I was wondering if this mod will still run if I have Elle's Cuter Cats installed or if they have known issues? I'm not sure how the breed id stuff works
Hi! This mod will work fine alongside Elle's Cuter Cats. They both add new breeds to the game, but thanks to unique string IDs, there's no conflict. You just get lots of options!
