It's an interesting thought, but some things are just playthrough-based, such as the Hero Trophy vs the Joja Cola machine. I'll give it a think though. Maybe these could be buyable with a high amount of coins after the Community Center is complete.
Maybe can also add the museum rewards after you get it from the museum, so you can get multiples. Let me work on an update.
I've thought about it and all of these items would be better in a "No More Missables" mod, as all of these things are obtainable, they're just missable, so a bit different. I am working on a separate mod now which adds these things. Here are the missables in the game that I am aware of:
