My own take on fixing up the abandoned house the Hat Mouse moves into! Works with Content Patcher

This mod is 1.6 compatible!! Update incoming to fix a minor error in smapi, but everything should work fine as-is :)
I decided to create my own version of a 'fixed-up' Hat Mouse House, and I made it work for content patcher, since just editing the outdoors tilesheets actually broke other visual mods I use haha
I may update this with other colors or a brick house version if anyone wants to see them!
Update 1.0.2: If you are updating the main file please delete the old folder first, as I changed the folder name and it will not overwrite the previous version! The new version of the Toned Down SDV Conversion should overwrite the old one just fine, and now it also has the update key! In addition a possible bug with the content.json was fixed.
EDIT: Major thanks to INFECTMEINJECTME for allowing me to upload their edited version as an optional file!

Install
- Install the latest version of SMAPI.
- Install Content Patcher.
- Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
- Run the game using SMAPI.
