Is there any chance this could be converted to 1.6 like your newer weapon mods?  These look so pretty... 🥺

Love the mod, it's very cute. The aesthetics of the weapons are very whimsical, I love them! And the concept is very good.

However they've been giving me a lot of trouble lately, in that their effects are VERY inconsistent and often don't actually work. I'm not sure if it's a problem within this mod or the AMF Framework, (or using both in conjunction with Combat Controls Redux), but the projectiles are especially touchy. What results is that usually I'd prefer the vanilla weapon effects over the fairy ones. This is especially true of the "beam" staves, like the Radiant Staff, where the actual projectile's hitbox is so small you have to be standing in the perfect position in relation to your enemy in order to hit it; most of my enemy kills using the special attack on this weapon have been on complete accident. Or maybe it's not hitbox related, I've had issues with 2 enemies walking towards me on the same tile only to have the projectile pass through one and hit the one in the back for ??? reason... or just straight-up hit neither.

Personally, I also fail to see the use for a projectile on a dagger. The appeal of the vanilla daggers is they're able to quickly shred enemies in close range. A single projectile that does the same damage as 1 stab when the vanilla special attack does 4x dmg and locks fliers in place (and tops it off with a big knockback if it doesn't outright kill)? I'm sure you see what I'm saying here. Both the Fairy Staff and Radiant Staff would work better as beam-shooting swords in my opinion. You just lose too much replacing the dagger's multi-attack with a projectile that doesn't play to the weapon's strengths. Whereas on a sword, a ranged spacing attack can be an attack but it can also serve a defensive purpose batting fliers away to suitably replace the vanilla parry; it synergizes better.

The bouncing fairy weapon is an interesting one, but it's also kind of wonky. I'll give it more of a try, but haven't had much success making it work in fast-paced dungeon runs. The projectiles are just too slow, hard to aim, and they often miss and phase right through enemies as well. The fairies also often break upon hitting a wall instead of bouncing, it's not very consistent. But the speed of the fairy projectile is the big one. In big rooms, they're not really that useful; if you miss then your fairy just toddles away at a leisurely pace and you'll have to dance around if you want to take advantage of the bounce and keep the enemy in place. This sort of thing could be useful if the projectile did significantly MORE than the base weapon damage, since they're slow and you can only send out a max of 3, but they do the exact same damage as a single swing. Not much point in sending out the Slow Moving Fairy Mines when you can just walk up to the foe and club them with the book with the same effectiveness! haha. I would increase the damage of the projectile either way, but from there you can either increase the damage lots and keep the speed the same or increase the damage just slightly and greatly increase the speed of the fairy (and maybe increase the # of bounces).

My favorite weapons from this pack are probably Zephyr and the Woodland Staff. Zephyr is just a good pick in general, and despite it also having a projectile-based attack it also has regular sword swings to cause damage even if the projectiles all miss. Same thing with the Woodland Staff; its attack does less damage than a vanilla club's double hit if the projectiles fail, but something about them are far more accurate than any other projectile from the mod in that at least one actually hits most of the time. Least favorite are without a doubt the Fairy and Radiant Staves.

The idea for this mod is super creative, and I did have fun testing each of the weapons out even if I didn't like some of them. Hope to see more  in the future :)

These look fantastic - do you know anything about what they will and won't be compatible with? I'm probably not going to be able to use them since I've got MARGO, but I might be surprised! And, you know, better to have more info than less.

It should work with most mods. I'm not using Margo, so I don't know if it works together.
