      It's in the wallpaper catalog. If you don't want to wait to get the catalog, you can install cjb item spawner just for that, then disable it after you get the catalog. 
      
      Pierre sells the catalog of 30k.
      
      I don't think custom wallpaper comes up for sale in the rotation in the shops.
