    BREAKING NEWS! (but not game-breaking, breaking)

    Players may experience floating food and other floating object phenomena during Ghost Grandpa's intro event. 

    Grandpa might also magically make beds and chests disappear if they are placed near the farmhouse front door. DON'T PANIC! They will return the next save day or if you exit the game and reload. Then you could move the chest prior to the intro event and all will be well.

      Thank you for the log! The farmhouse changed in 1.6, and we haven't yet updated. The mod will still work, but coordinates will be a bit off until we complete the updates. At this time we don't have an ETA.

      Hi, thanks for the info, but there's not a lot we can do to make the mod page compatible with third-party software. I can assure you that none of them are suspicious, or Nexus would never have let us use them.

      We didn't specifically test that mod, but it should work! You may want to have NoClip enabled just in case you get stuck. If you decide to try it, please let us know the outcome!

    I'll definitely put this mod on a waiting list. I wonder if you could make an option to only trigger the event in the third year when grandma returns to make it a bit lore-friendly?

      Hi! We deliberated a lot on when we wanted the events to trigger, and we wanted to make sure that everyone can enjoy the mod. Having to wait three - almost four years - for our mod to trigger was not something we wanted to do.

      Even though Grandpa's evaluation event doesn't occur until year 3, we felt that we weren't breaking with lore, since the evaluation note simply says, "Wait for my return on the dawn of your third year." Our mod doesn't change that; it allows us to see Grandpa for a week a little bit sooner.

    • besides seeing the intro event and NPC's telling me weird things are happening, I've not seen him again. According to Nexus I should see him around, and he is meant to haunt the farm 8pm - 2am, but 2 days/nights now I havent seen him anywhere

      FYI,  it is now the 26th and I still have not seen him anywhere in town,  or at the farm. 

      Linus told me there was something odd in the backwoods,  but when I went there,  nothing was there.

      Thank you for reporting the issue; we can see that the mod is loading properly and that GG is spawning where he should be. We'll investigate the issue, but at this point, all future updates will be for 1.6.
