In Retro Recolor, I strive to make this pixel game just a little more pixel-like in the best possible way!
Don't want that stinky yellow dirt on summer days? Get this mod! Don't like the blue-dyed water in the winter mornings? Get this mod!
Haven't played the game at all throughout your entire existence? Get. This. Mod. Anyway... no, this isn't a request, and no ,you don't have a choice. In fact, the mod has already been downloading the entire time you've been reading this!
Retro Recolor is inspired by GBA Games like Sword of Mana, The Legend of Zelda, Golden Sun, Pokemon & more!
It features a simplistic art style with tons of customization options.
Config Options:
Water:
Choose between presets based on 3 different water textures
Grass:
Pick your favorite color for each season out of 23 color choices. Yes, you heard that right, 23 different colors!
Dirt:
Choose between 6 different dirt paths color colors
Rocks:
Pick rocks and cliff colors from 9 different color schemes
Sand:
Select the color of the beaches from 6 different types
TreeTop:
Decide between 22 different canopy colors for each season. Comes in both "Yri" as well as "Simple Foliage" styles!
Cuttable Grass:
Decide between 23 different color schemes of cuttable grass for each season. For maximum colorization variety, use the optional AT version and turn off Grass in the config!
GingerIsland:
Pick grass, dirt, rocks, treetops & sand variants for a unique Ginger Island appearance!
Extras:
These Change a bunch of miscellaneous smaller assets, any of them can be toggled on or off based on taste.
Those assets include: Desert, Winter, (World)Map, BugLand, HarveyBalloon, MaruNightScene, SamShow, SewerWater, WitchSwamp, Panorama, TitleScreen, Intro (Busscene)
