Thank you for mentioning this - Lightweight Outfits were removed in the conversion as it no longer comes with a performance hit (on recommendation from others from the RSV team). Blair's hat can be turned off by deleting the block of code in Blair's outfit changes json that reads: { "LogName": "RSV Seasonal Accessories - Blair", "Action": "EditImage", "Target": "Portraits/Blair_rain, Characters/Blair_rain", "FromFile": "Assets/{{TargetPathOnly}}/Blair/Blair_acc_rain.png", "When": { "Blair": "enabled", "Weather|contains=Rain, Storm, Snow": true, "IsOutdoors": true, "HasValue:{{DayEvent}}": false, }, "Update": "OnLocationChange", "PatchMode": "Overlay" },
She does not have any other outfits with hats on them.
Are there any specific beach portraits or does it just use the summer portraits in the Luao festival? Tried adding the Nyapu Beach portraits as the summer portraits, but it seems like the Beach Portraits from Nyapu are also overriding any original portrait from summer time.
Hello! Thank you for your hard work on this. Is it possible to only use the sprites, so that portrait mods can still override the portraits for each character? Or would the portrait mods now need to target many new custom paths from this mod? I appreciate your time!
Speaking as one of the people who programmed this mod, the portrait mods would need to be updated. From a standpoint of changing this mod to work on a sprite only/portrait only version, there'd need to be several internal changes and triplication of every outfit detailed in it (even with a global config of portrait only/sprite only/both). In addition, if Raf ever decides to add more outfits for the characters, there'd have to be a triplication of all of those as well, and then troubleshooting would require knowing that config as well as the portrait/sprite being in error, and it would be incompatible with any mod that then tries to use a portrait or sprite that is not the default (e.g. you couldn't mix and match appearance data with Flor_Spring sprite and Flor_OtherMod_Spring portrait).
On the flip side, if the portrait mod edited it instead, it's a single EditImage patch, patching to "Flor_Spring, Flor_Summer, Flor_Fall, Flor_Winter, Flor_Rain, Flor_spring24, Flor_fall27-1, Flor_fall27-2", using the Portrait in the portrait mod (if seasonal, it'd be advantageous to patch to the already-created assets, anyway, and could be done using {{TargetWithoutPath}} if the file names are the same). It's both much simpler compat on that end and better for the future (especially for a mod with, as you correctly alluded to with the custom paths, as many characters as Ridgeside!)
That's really helpful info - thank you so much! (And WAY too much to ask, that's a lot of triplication!) I love, love, LOVE these sprites and want to use them, but I'm also so attached to the portraits I use. One of my favorite portrait mods used to have a CP version, but it's unavailable now. Between this and other great seasonal outfit mods, I've been thinking about learning to make my own CP mod that can target the associated portraits and has compatibility with mods like this. I appreciate all the work that you, Raf, and all the RSV team members put into maintaining the mod and its many add-ons - it's a whole lot!
With Kiarra's line, she's referencing the quote "Et tu, Brutus?" since Anton is dressed as Julius Caesar. So she's joking that she's going to stab him in the back like Brutus did to Caesar.
You may want to upload your SMAPI log - it is not possible that the portraits would still be there if you deleted this mod, because if that was the case then it can't pull from a deleted file.
We will need your full SMAPI log in the future, not a copy paste of the console (please use the instructions on the SMAPI log page). The console copy paste indicates the mod is not present so it should not be working in game, so it would be preferred to give the SMAPI log along with an image of what you're seeing.
"[Content Patcher] Can't apply image patch "Ridgeside Village Seasonal Outfits > RSV Sonny Outfits > Data/OutfitChanges/Sonny.json > RSV Seasonal Accessories - Sonny (Portraits/Sonny)" to Portraits/Sonny: target area (X:0, Y:0, Width:128, Height:192) extends past the right edge of the image (Width:32), which isn't allowed. Patches can only extend the tilesheet downwards."
I'm not at all sure what it means or if its even an issue but wanted to post it here in case it's something that needs addressed

I can't seem to find where to set the liteweight option in the configuration menu in game or in the text files itself.
Its not a huge deal, but I really dislike Blairs hat and want to turn it off.

It seems that inside it’s only possible to translate the lines for Spirit Eve : there’s no line in this file for the Config menu…
Thanks for your mod anyway, have a good day !
[Edit : I was unable to translate the line « Kiarra keeps threatening to "et tu" me » : what does it means ?]
