Other items can be stored in the storage via the resources menu button (see below), but will not automatically be stored there unless you enable auto storage for them in the resources menu. The following types of item cannot be stored at all, as they have unique individual properties:
- Big Craftables
- Weapons and tools
- Colored items
- Quality items
- Preserves
- Honey
Objects with mod data added by other mods will lose the mod data when stored.
Resources Menu
To access the resources menu, click on the cornucopia to the top right of the inventory page in the game menu.
You can manually store an item in the resource storage by dropping it onto the icon.
The resource menu contains a list of resources with a checkbox, an amount and an arrow button.
The checkbox on the left side of each entry indicates whether that resource will be automatically moved to the storage when added to the player inventory.
The arrow button on the right side allows transferring the item to the player inventory. Clicking transfers a single item per click. To transfer a full stack (max 999) to the player inventory, hold down the mod key (default left shift) when pressing the button.
Resource Consumption
This mod will make its resources available as ingredients for things like crafting, building, etc.
Some mods may conflict with this behaviour, though the worst thing that will probably happen is the resources aren't consumed and you get a free crafted item. If this happens with the vanilla game, please let me know. If it happens with mods, there's not much to be done except disable this mod's resource consumption.
You can disable the resource consumption in the config.
Config
You can customize this mod by editing the config file or using Generic Mod Config Menu.
