This mod adds a new Festival called "Love Festival" to the game. It will take place every year on the 6th Winter.

- After seeing the dialogue of datable NPCs, you can talk to them again in order to give them a love letter (+250 friendship points / +1 heart).
- You can only give 1 letter per festival to an NPC.
- After talking to Lewis, datable NPCs start giving you love letters. They contain various items such as money, crops, food etc
- The more hearts you have with an NPC, the higher the chance to receive a love letter from them (+10% for each heart, 2 hearts required at least)
- Spouses will always give you their love letter
Dates (optional)
- The date pack is not required for the mod to work and only improves the aesthetics of the game and festival. Feel free to add it
- attending a date will increase your friendship by 50 points (even if you want to skip)
- There are currently 2 dates included in the default date pack
- it is possible to create your own dates (a guide will follow depending on its popularity)
- when being asked for a date, a customized calendar UI appears where you can select your day
- limited to one NPC per festival
- dates are compatible with both vanilla and modded NPCs

Coffee Date
In the letter, the NPC will ask you to meet at the Saloon (Gus' place) and wants you to tell them about your experience on the Farm. When triggering the event, you walk to the NPC and they will ask you for your opinion about the previous Love Festival. Subsequently, Gus realises that you met there and starts to tell a little story about the Love Festival. After that, you exit the saloon and have an opportunity to say goodbye to your date.
Beach Date
In the letter, the NPC will ask you to meet at the Beach. They want to watch shooting stars with you but unfortunately you won't see one tonight (WILL BE ADDED AS SOON AS I FIGURED OUT HOW TO PROPERLY DO IT). Your date gets sad about this but you have the opportunity to cheer them up.

I believe it's time to reward you for all the improvements you've brought to our lovely valley.
You entertain all of us, especially me. I recently found this gem, but I'm not quite sure what to do with it. I hope you'll find it appealing.
--NPCNAME
Contains Emerald, Aquamarine, Amethyst, Topaz - Mutliplayer compatible (All players can and will be able to receive and gift letters)
- Compatible with modded NPCs (They won't appear on the map unless the creators added it but they will be able to gift you love letters. I tried with Aspen & Stardew Valley Expanded, see images for more details)
- Mobile compatible (Works so far, but the custom weather cannot be added and the ability to give a love letter doesn't work at the moment)
- The dialogue bubble for giving the love letter doesnt appear right after talking to the npc (will appear after pressing right click / interacting with something, you can still interact with it though and gift the love letter)
- The custom debris won't work when it's snowing on the festival day
- If you've discovered any other bugs, please let me know
