These are all new weapons. The three class sabers that level with your combat skill are for sale from Marlon at the Adventure's Guild and the specialty sabers you can get from Sandy and Krobus.
Cheating them in with the Item Spawner is also an option.
Totally safe to swap the "darksaberspecial.wav" in the [SAAT] folder with whatever sound effect you like. Just make sure to name the new file the same thing. That's also true for the "DarksaberSwing.wav" file in the optional Saber Swing Sound folder.
I wasn't aware of the Sound Tweaker mod when I did the optional files that use Sound Replacement. When I find the time, I'm planning to update the optional files over to that mod, which is still supported. That will also let me create some variety in the swing sounds so it won't always be the same one.
Unfortunately the scythe uses the same sound effect as all the swords in the game. I haven't found a way to cue sound effects to only specific weapons, which is why the sound replacer part is optional. You can toggle the sword swing sound "off" in the Generic Mod Menu while you scythe if it's bugging you too much.
It's a very quick recolor I did of one of the outfit's from Yomi's Cute Ancient Clothes combined with some Fashion Sense sleeves from this sweet little mod.

I like to think of it as a vibro-sycthe.
