   Mod works great for SVE, Ridgeside, and East Scarp. Only exception is Rasmodius for me. I don't know if it is because of have th eRasmodia mod or if he is just missed.
   
   EDIT: I am married to Rasmodia but I am also married to Olivia from SVE and her hearts have never decayed on me.

   The mod works fine for me (Jan. 2025), with one exeption:
   
   It does not hold the 14 hearts for your wife.

      don't know if you've double-checked the desctiption since commenting, but spouses are excluded by default - you need to edit the config file

   You can try this one FRIENDS FOREVER (1.6) which is just a quick recompile of this mod, or so I think. In the description the recompiler also mentiones CJB cheats which comes with this very functionality (among many others).

   I started a playthrough with my friend in multiplayer and i'm pretty sure the mod still works. I haven't noticed any decrease in relationships with people over time. Although if others are having issues it seems like there is a substitute version in the other comments for 1.6+
