Hat Mouse's cheese supply is running low and the coin he makes from selling hats is only going so far with Pierre's raising his prices more and more by the day. So he's decided to set up shop on festival days where the most people will see his stall and maybe be willing to trade some cheese for a nice, festive piece of headwear.
Each festival stall comes with 1 unique headwear item only available on festival days. And only purchasable by trading cheese to Hat Mouse.
