Shop Tile Framework is not listed as requirement but like you see SMAPI is skiping Fievel's shop. I have downloaded Shop Tile Framework (alpha, uploaded in february) and this error message disappeared. I hope it is safe to use that version.
First encounter with this little guy I had a weird bug where he showed up asking if he could play on the farm, my only options where to say yes and offer him candy I did not have, or basically say no.
However, by saying yes and I suppose offering candy to him, I instead lost my axe (which was my currently equipped tool slot), and proceeded to have super speed which seemed to be reset by opening any container lol. I checked the lost and found but no dice, so just gonna reload the save.
Fieval does not appear to have any farm events. Possibly this was another mod that added that event but with a randomized NPC. Would need to see a smapi log to check.
Thanks for letting me know, as that helps narrow it down to probably the following mod when working with this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/18947?tab=posts. (Which makes sense now that I think about it, given that they showed up asking for candy, lol). Which I did not initially consider, given that it wasn't the spirit day festival this mod works with.

I found a clipping issue relating to this mod. I do run sve rsv and most of east scarp and its addons. im not sure which is causing this.
