Hi! Just wanna inform you that there seems to be a conflict with two other mods
Duplicate object: Candy Corn from (JA) Cauldron Candy will not be added, already added by Aquilegia's Sweet Tooth! Duplicate big craftable: Cauldron by (JA) Witchy Valley will not be added, already added by (JA) Cauldron Candy!
You can easily rename one of the mod's items. For example, this mod conflicts with the new Halloween Candy Crops, so I just renamed the candy corn here to Candy Pumpkin, like those little pumpkins that come with candy corns. The image here seemed more vague so that's why I chose this one to rename. But I could have called it Large Candy Corn and that would have worked as well.
You need to rename it everywhere tho, or it won't work correctly.
Yup, this is what I did for the time being. I just wanted to give a heads up to the mod author in case they want to make the mod compatible with the 2 other mods mentioned ^^
I had not noticed this! I'll add a fix in the net update, but yes for the time being i recommend renaming the assets yourself for a temp fix. something like spooky candy corn or simply candy corns. lol. Should solve the conflicts!

Hi! Tysm! I’m very glad you like it! It is compatible with gift taste helper by default, however it is not compatible with The Love Of Cooking since these are technically not cooking recipes but artisan products in the same way that wine and preserves are.
This is cute! I’m open to any candy’s and will definitely bookmark the idea for future updates!
They just don’t interact since the candies aren’t cooking recipies. However both mods can be used at the same time as they don’t conflict with eachother at all :)
Hello! my apologies for the late reply. Either you installed it incorrectly, or you didn't install it's dependencies. If you eyeball the smapi log it should be able to help you figure out where things went wrong! if it doesn't show then it's in the wrong folder, if it shows in red then you may have forgotten a mod it's dependent on! And i would make sure you have the most recent ver as the last ver was broken due to a small text error!<3

Haha actually believe it or not the star frags in ac where inspired by this same candy! It's a Japanese novelty who's true name is konpeito! It's often found at festivals but especially the upcoming tanabata because duh, festival of the stars. lol. But it's 100% the inspiration for them! The candy was also the inspirations for gratitude crystals in zelda skyward sword, star bits in mario galaxy, and the pokemon minior! But you can also see them in spirited away as the soot sprites take quite a liking to them.
but i 100% agree that they should have done something with them. It could have been lovely. I was very sad when the few i had disappeared only a mere month after i obtained them.
