Hello, sorry for the reply. I have not used Grandpa's Farm so I don't know for sure, but the graphic fix should take effect regardless of farm. The spouse patio location placement may not be compatible if Grandpa's Farm's spouse patio is located at different coordinates, so I would disable the config option for IF2R and try it out. I don't know the coordinates for the spouse patio for Grandpa's Farm unfortunately but if it doesn't work I can take a look at the map for it when I get a minute and post an update.
