      oh, actually it seems i'm unable to download this mod. i'm unsure if it's just because of how new it is or something, but this is how it appears for me:

      i was able to download it using the button at the top right of the page, it turns out! which may be in part because of a userscript i run that lets me download things from this site without the wait period.
