I am having this issue too when bones are pulled from a chest using automate instead of manually inserted into the bone mill... Installing PFM automate without PFM wouldn't work, since PFM automate is not a standalone mod/alternate version of PFM, it's a bridge between PFM and automate that requires both of those mods to work.
So when I use the bone mill with automate it uses the old outcomes. If I load it manually, it works with the new list. Not an issue for me, but it is weird.
Automate pulls the finished product from the machine into a chest and also feeds the machine with anything fitting in the same chest, so it saves you the time to both take & refill any machine It should not mess with any machine, in theory
Okay, I just looked at it. It does not use PFM, but C#. Therefore, it is beyond my ability to try to make compatible. The creator of that mod would have to do so, if they were interested.
