I really like foraging but I have so many machines already that I literally never use. Can I ask why Artisanal Soda Maker is required? I just turn them into wine, all that other crafting stuff is too much micromanaging for me. Not a request, just wondering if I really HAVE to have it.
Artisanal Soda Makers already have the machines to make the syrups and sodas without needing to create new ones. As well, I want this to be compatible with Fizzy Drinks, my major mod, which DOES specialize in soda making. I am not interested in creating a winemaking mod but if someone wants to add BAGI support they are free to do so and I would just add the rest in.
No, that's what I am saying, I don't want to install Artisansanal Soda Makers. Thank you for the reply and for the info. I was just curious exactly why!
First of all, you have lots of mods that need updating. You also seem to have issues with all BBM mods not just mine. Please go over your log and update all the mods if you can and then get back to me if you are still experiencing issues.
I've been using your mod for a while now, and I must say that I'm really enjoying it. It's added a whole new level of depth to my gameplay experience.
The prices are perfect, they are well adjusted. However, the items seem quite overpowered, particularly with regards to their edibility/energy and healing values.
The berries provide +100 energy when eaten, which feels quite significant to me, especially considering how frequently they can be found even if they are only limited for two to three days per season. Having this as their edibility values makes cooking somewhat useless.
I'm wondering if this is intended or if it's something that could be adjusted in a future update?
Hi, I'm so excited to see and use this mod but unfortunately, I don't know if this red error I'm getting is affecting it? It says- [Bush Bloom Mod] Invalid bloom schedule: Boysenberries.25.0.0.4.. assets\boysenberries.png I tried attaching the actual photo I took but it would not link properly, apologies
Unfortunately no, it does look like this an issue with this mod. I'm not sure if the format for Bush Bloom content packs changed since this mod was created, but I got the error Shaloved30 got, and also didn't get any of the berries spawning at all, regardless of season or time.
Fortunately, it was a quick fix. The "Location" field for all three was listed as an empty string, which seems to have prevented them from finding any valid locations. I just deleted this line in the content.json for each berry, letting Bush Bloom apply default settings, and the other two berries spawned normally. I also had to delete the "EndSeason" line for the boysenberries to get them to spawn; this was also an empty string.
Now that it's working, I'm quite pleased with it! Thanks for your work putting it together.
Bush Bloom Mod just did an update addressing this issue so yes it seems that there was a problem with the coding. I'll look to see what changes they made to see if I can improve for those that are experiencing this issue and can't get the berries to appear.
