When I try this mod I get the following message at SMAPI:
[SMAPI] Skipped mods [SMAPI] -------------------------------------------------- [SMAPI] These mods could not be added to your game. [SMAPI] - AdvancedLocationLoader\locations\Wax Key because its manifest has no EntryDll or ContentPackFor field; must specify one.
When I first tried, I couldn't install this mod. Vortex gave me the message that the installer mod zip file is invalid and that the manifest.json file invalid. However, I realized that I overlooked that this mod requires mods AdvancedLocationLoader and Entoarox Framework, as listed at the bottom of the description page. I am used to this information being in a special field for require mods.
After I installed the other mods, I put the locations folder in the AdvancedLocationLoader folder that Vortex created, and everything worked well.
Honestly... this kind of makes sense. I find it completely stupid that you can't knock on people's doors if they are in their rooms to get them to come to talk so you don't lose friendship from not talking to them, or can give them gifts/quest requests. Especially since there is a scene with Maru where your character knocks on her door and she answers it... so...WHY can you not do that outside of events?
