    maybe in just dumb. my smapi is saying it wont load it because its an empty folder ><

      same here. folder is not really empty though, the portraits are there alright. just not sure what's lacking to make it work.

      maybe it's because it's _only_ pictures, and no instruction for smapi how to use them? there's also no manifest.json

      the description of this mod says:
      1 - "replacement"
      2 - "just go into the folder of the original module and replace each image"
      
      original mod in this case can mean either "seasonal characters" mod or the "yri the architect" mod, but to be honest, both should work. so just place those pngs in chara pngs folder in either of these two. i think i'll place them in the og mod for yri & charles.
      
      the only "lie" here is mod manager installation, because this is totally 100% manual installation, required. mod manager does jackshit here.
