Current locational dialogue is filled out. Seems functional; not totally tested

Bar animation is still weird. Gonna fix that at some point

Changed gift tastes. Not too much, just a few things to be more in-character
Added 4 new portraits totalling 16 frames (i know thats a lot, but i think his expressions are important to his character. he doesnt always say what he means so i think it adds a nice little layer to the interactions)
Improved the quality of portraits.

Tweaked warp points at bus stop- hopefully fixes that one desert festival issue?

Trying out location dialogue in ConditionalDialogue.json (dynamic dialogues is fixed as of a few days ago. Will be integrating that back in future updates)
Reorganised dialogue file and cut down the amount of entries.

Threw in an old gift tastes file for anyone that wants a cheatsheet. No promises its fully accurate, sorry!
